View is currently offering 7 yoga sessions a week.
Classes meet Monday through Friday at 8:30 AM, and Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 PM.
Yoga is for everyone! Please come and try it out! Yoga has been shown to increase muscle strength, maintain bone integrity, and improve balance, coordination, and mobility. We have a variety of talented instructors who can tailor your individual yoga workout to suit your goals.
Ten session punch cards are offered at $120 for guests and $100 for View members. Walk-ins are welcomed at $14 for guests and $12 for View members.
