View is currently offering classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30am and Monday and Thurssday at 5:30pm.
Starting October 1st, View is offering 2 morning sessions and 2 evening sessions each week.
Yoga is for everyone! Please come and try it out! Yoga has been shown to increase muscle strength, maintain bone integrity, and improve balance, coordination, and mobility. We have a variety of talented instructors who can tailor your individual yoga workout to suit your goals.
Ten session punch cards are offered at $100 for guests and $70 for View members. Walk-ins are welcomed at $12 for guests and $10 for View members.
