Please be sure to dress warm and bring a yoga mat, blankets and a pillow with you! Eye masks are really nice to bring and add to the whole sensory experience! If you are unable to lay on the floor, feel free to bring a folding chair (zero gravity chairs are perfect)!
Dress comfortably, you will be lying on the floor for an hour. Set an intention for your healing, or another's healing and simply rest and allow yourself to receive the healing vibrations.
