In-person Yoga is back at View!
Starting January 9, join Yoga Instructor Anita Black every Monday from 5:30-6:30pm for a multi-level gentle yoga class to sooth and nurture mind, body and spirit. The practice will include a short seated centering with breath-work followed by a gentle warm up sequence. The heart of the practice will include multiple yoga poses (ASANAS) for strength and flexibility. Finally, enjoy cool down poses and a guided relaxation. It is helpful to have a yoga mat and a blanket if available. Wear comfortable loose fitting or stretchy clothing.
Open to all levels
Classes are $7 per session.
