Instructor Nanette Shovea leads a multi-level, gentle yoga class to sooth and nurture mind, body and spirit. The practice will include a short seated centering with breath-work followed by a gentle warm up sequence.  The heart of the practice will include multiple yoga poses (ASANAS) for strength and flexibility.  Finally, enjoy cool down poses and a guided relaxation. It is helpful to have a yoga mat and a blanket if available. Wear comfortable loose fitting or stretchy clothing.

Anita offers two sessions a week: 

Mondays 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm (Nanette Shovea)

Wednesdays 9:00 am - 10:00 am  (May 29 - October 9 Susan Christy)

Saturdays 10:00 am - 11:00 am  (Nanette Shovea)

Open to all levels

Classes are $10 per session and can be purchased ahead online or in person with cash.
