Kicking off our second annual Adirondack Music Festival, Dave Bennet and the Memphis Speed Kings will return for a second year to bring us more toe tapping, leg shaking Rockabilly hits! Watch the band play instruments as you have never seen them played before, dancing along with their audience to their own catchy and heart pumping tunes.
The Memphis Speed Kings play classics by Jerry Lee Lewis, Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, Roy Orbison, Chuck Berry, Hank Williams, Mickey Gilley and more.
Pianist Dave Bennett is the pumpin' piano man and featured vocalist.
Guitarist Gino Meregillano, bassist Joe Jazdzewski and drummer Hal Smith are a formidable rhythm section. They have outstanding Rockabilly credentials from their work with groups such as the Paladins, Hot Rod Lincoln, the Hayriders, Cash Kings, GuanaBatz and the Lone Gunmen.
An open dance floor will be available throughout the event.
