Alcohol ink art is one of the newest and most exciting media to hit the art community. It involves painting with a medium that is unpredictable and challenging that turns into a beautiful piece of art. Alcohol ink works on a wide variety of materials and surfaces like Yupo or Bristol paper, glass, canvas, metal, and ceramic tiles. This introductory workshop you will create a fluid abstraction of Alcohol Inks on glass. You will create a one 8x10 Framed and matted piece of artwork.
All materials and tools included. Dress: Not your favorite outfit, as inks will stain.
Jacquelyn is a full time freelance artist for the last 20 years, specialized in Lampworking Glass, Jewelry Design, Metalsmithing and Painting. Her home studio is nestled in small town in the foothills of Adirondacks. As for formal education Jacquelyn attended PrattMWP and received Fine Arts degree , BA in Psychology from SUNY Poly and still continues to attends workshops and classes.
