Stop in Wednesday's from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm to learn the fundamentals of stained glass.
In this drop in workshop students will learn how to fuse various pieces of glass together to create a number of projects. Projects can include holiday ornaments, jewelry sets, vases, votives, small plates, and bowls. Some projects may take multiple firing, therefore it may take a few days before you can pick up your finished piece.
Students will learn to create a simple small window sun catcher, holiday ornament, or stained glass pendant. Participants will learn to cut and grind the glass to fit a pattern. Then using the copper foil method, they will then solder the piece together using flux and 60/40 solder.
Cost is based per project and participants will receive a ticket in which they will need to pay during View hours prior to picking up their completed piece.
