Instructor: Susan Cox
This is a 2.5 hour class where we will be making 4 coasters or small bowls. The sky is the limit as you work with different types of glass — sheet, Frits, stringers —to create your design. We will practice basic skills of cutting and design, and learn about glass and temperature. Coasters will be ready the next day, bowls 2 days later.
All materials are included.
About Susan:
Susan Cox is a glass artist and architect with studios in Pound Ridge and Old Forge, NY. She has exhibited nationally including here at View. She has been the recipient of several awards and residencies, which have enhanced her practice. Her work is found in private collections.
