Instructor: Jacquelyn Koba
This class will provide an introduction to basic cold working metal smithing using saws, sheers, hammers and stamps.
You will design, cut , texture, and add alcohol inks to create a beautiful pendants! We will also cover different ways to seal your pieces for longevity.
All materials and tools included. Dress Code = not your favorite. Inks will stain.
Class size is limited, must be 18 years old.
Jacquelyn is a full time freelance artist for the last 20 years, specialized in Lampworking Glass, Jewelry Design, Metalsmithing and Painting. Her home studio is nestled in small town in the foothills of Adirondacks. As for formal education Jacquelyn attended PrattMWP and received Fine Arts degree , BA in Psychology from SUNY Poly and still continues to attends workshops and classes.
