Local artist, Robert Moore, returns to View to teach a six-part silver jewelry making workshop! View will be hosting this workshop October 24, 26, November 7, 9, 14, and 16 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
Robert will teach the fundamentals of silver jewelry making and introduce the various tools and their use. Shaping, cutting, forming, and soldering silver will be taught and utilized to create a piece of jewelry made of sterling silver, copper, and/or brass.
Robert Moore began working with silver in 1974 as part of an art class in the Town of Webb School taught by Al Stripp and Carmen Losito. Robert has been leading workshops at View since 2012, and is very excited to return this summer.
Cost for this class is $100 for View members and $110 for guests and includes all of the materials you will need to complete one piece of silver jewelry. Pre-registration is required and there are only 6 spots available, so make sure to register today!
Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the first day of a class will receive a 100% refund, or can be exchanged for another class. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the first day of class can only be exchanged for another class.
In the event that View were to cancel a class, a full refund for the class will be issued.
