Evening YOGA

Monday and Wednesday 5:30pm - 7:00pm

Yoga has been shown to increase the strength of muscles, maintain the integrity of bones, and help to improve balance, coordination, and mobility.  The gentle, therapeutic classes are open to any body and any age. No registration needed. 

 Fee Per Class: $10/ $7 member  

 Monthly Rate for Unlimited Classes: $75/ $50 member
