KUNDALINI YOGA FOR COURAGE AND 'KEEP UP' SPIRIT
Would you like the spirit, strength and courage to 'keep up' with whatever life sends your way? To draw upon an unending reservoir of fortitude, bravery and determination in the face of any challenge? 
 
Come to The View this July and August for an inspiring 5-week series of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation classes especially designed to help you do the seemingly impossible: Surmount obstacles, real or imaginary; Overcome barriers, perceived or otherwise; Dissolve frustrations, today and always — so you can make it anywhere!
 
Kundalini Yoga & Meditation works to strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system, purify the body and calm the mind through breath awareness, postures and mantra. Classes are open to all levels.
 
Offered by Certified Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher and Sound Therapy Practitioner, Jennifer Drue.

 

The class is $10 per session, $7 for members. Monthly Rate for unlimited classes is $75 / $50 member.
