Morning YOGA

*Starting the week of June 26th classes will be changing to Monday through Friday*

Yoga has been shown to increase the strength of muscles, maintain the integrity of bones, and help to improve balance, coordination, and mobility.  The gentle, therapeutic classes are open to any body and any age. No registration needed. 

 Fee Per Class $10/$7 member  

 $75/$50 member Monthly Rate for Unlimited Classes
