Are you looking for a fun and safe new way to stay in shape this Winter? Join Yoga Instructor Kristin Helmer for a virtual multi-level gentle yoga class to sooth and nurture mind, body and spirit. Follow along and receive live feedback, as you focus on practicing different yoga positions and techniques. You'll be able to connect with fellow classmates, and find your inner balance all from the comforts of home.
