In these thirty minute sessions, you will explore techniques such as controlled breathing, mantras, exploring thoughts, and listening to stories designed to start your day off right. Meditation not only is proven to reduce anxiety, promote creativity, increase patience and tolerance, but is also one of the best forms of self-love you can practice right at home.

About our instructor Annabelle Johnson: My great passion is bringing consciousness to the present moment starting with a breath. From there,
the mind and body become still, and in the silence, you will hear your true voice. Meditation is the most important tool that helped me in my journey through grief. It’s benefits of reducing stress, lessening anxiety, and overall improved health has been so effective for me personally, that I have incorporated the healing properties in my coaching practice. I learned how to meditate from Deepak Chopra and Roger Gabriel and has been certified by the Chopra Center. I believe that they have given me a life changing gift. And I can’t wait to share it with you.
