Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness, such as cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. Zumba takes the “work” out of workout. It uses Latin and World rhythms to mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
