Enjoy an ice cold drink and watch the fire filled spectacle of raku pottery at View.
Raku is a specialty firing where pots are removed from the kiln when they are red hot and placed in buckets of flammable material.
Pots will be available to purchase on the day of the firing for $10.00. With the help of the ceramics team, you will glaze your pot, watch it be fired, and take it home the same day! Horse hair, feathers, and other organic materials will also be available to burn onto the surface of your pot to create interesting effects.
View will have an Ice Bar in the courtyard where you can enjoy some beverages while you watch your pot be fired.
