View is working with Raquette Lake Navigation to turn their flagship boat into a New Orleans Party excursion that will have you jazzed and dancing into the Adirondack sunset with the colorful Creole Culture of NOLA: Jazz, Bourbon Street cocktails, and an authentic Louisiana sample menu. Chef Jim will tickle your tastebuds with Cajun staples: crab cakes, gumbo, crawfish etouffee, his newly introduced creme brulee with banana fosters sauce, and more!
