The Best of Winter Comes to Old Forge features landscapes and wildlife in the town of Webb, alongside the dynamic energy of ski scenes from McCauley Mountain. From snow-dusted forests to downhill thrills, Rakowski brings the season to life in his unique style. 

"I have been skiing in Old Forge for more than fifty years all the while admiring the flora and fauna around me. I love winter paintings with splashes of blue and white, along with the strong contrast a winter light brings. I like to call my work fun art rather than fine art, as I enjoy capturing the moment and putting it to paper."
