Overview

Tracks and Traditions explores the history of winter in Old Forge through a collection of historical artifacts and photographs from McCauley Mountain Ski Area, the Northeastern Loggers Association, and the Town of Webb Historic Association. Curated through the lens of the region’s winter traditions, industries, and community life, the exhibition offers a glimpse into the people, places, and stories that have shaped winter in the Adirondacks.

Please join us for our Winter Opening Reception on Friday, December 11, from 4-6 PM. The reception is free and open to the public and will have complimentary hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar.
