Overview

Featuring some of Canada's finest vocalists and musicians, singing some of ABBA's greatest hits like "Waterloo," "Mama Mia," "The Winner Takes it All," and "Money, Money," it's easy to understand why ALWAYS ABBA plays to sold out venues across North America!

Four talented singer/musicians hailing from Canada convincingly portray their original counterparts in look and sound:

Michelle Truman (lead vocals) AGNETHA:

A powerhouse vocalist, her career spans countless rock musical theatre productions across Canada and Europe: seven years as lead singer of the epic Monster Rock Orchestra and touring member of Big Top Radio, portraying Joan Jett, Pat Benetar, Lita Ford and HEART, to name a couple. In addition, Michelle has sung with countless Canadian and American symphonies across North America, proving her versatility and stamina, and ultimately landing her the position of in-studio vocal guide for mega rock producer, Michael Wagener.  Her voice is also featured on jingles currently playing on E! Network and MTV.

Amanda Jean (lead Vocals) ANNI FRID:

Amanda Jean has shared stages with renowned Canadian musical talents, earning admiration for her dynamic vocal range both as a lead vocalist and a backing vocalist. As a multifaceted artist, she writes and performs her own music, most currently releasing original works titled "Reflections" and "Boom Boom", which are available on all streaming platforms.

Philip Shouse (guitar) BJORN:

A dynamic guitar player and performer, Philip Shouse has been on stages around the world with the likes of country superstar Rodney Atkins, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame members Gene Simmons and Ace Frehley from KISS, John Corabi, Mike Farris, Band on the Run (a Paul McCartney tribute), and ACCEPT.  He has also appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with David Letterman, Fox News, New Years Eve live from Time Square, and the Grand Ole Opry.

Scott MacDonald (keys) BENNY:

Scott Macdonald has been creating unforgettable melodies and harmonies for decades. Best known as the keyboardist and vocalist for the iconic Canadian band Spoons, Scott’s love for layered harmonies, dynamic keyboard work, and songs that make you want to move, makes him particularly apt and suited to his role in ALWAYS ABBA.

This concert is sure to be the soundtrack playing in your memories of summer 2026!  So come and remember what made ABBA a phenomenon, and let ALWAYS ABBA give you your own "Mama Mia!" moment!
