Boots, Boats & Bundles: Practical Knots for Adults

Get a handle on the knots you’ll actually use in everyday life with instructor Dick Shore! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn a range of practical knots perfect for boating, camping, securing gear, and tackling tasks around the home. From essential hitches and bends to reliable loops, participants will build confidence through guided instruction and plenty of practice.

Whether you’re new to knot tying or looking to sharpen your skills, this workshop offers a relaxed, supportive environment to learn, experiment, and problem-solve. All materials are provided—just bring your curiosity and get ready to tie one on (the useful kind!).

Kids 12 and older are welcome to attend.  

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the first day of a class will receive a 100% refund, or can be exchanged for another class.  Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the first day of class can only be exchanged for another class.  No refunds or exchanges will be made for failing to show up to class without prior notice.  

In the event that View were to cancel a class, a full refund for the class will be issued.
