Glaze Application with Kristen Martin

Take your pottery to the next level in this hands-on glaze application class. View's own Kristen Martin will teach the fundamentals of applying glaze, including dipping, brushing, pouring, and layering techniques to achieve beautiful and consistent results. We’ll explore how different glazes interact, tips for avoiding common issues like drips and uneven coverage, and ways to enhance texture and form with thoughtful glaze choices. Perfect for beginners and developing ceramic artists who want more confidence finishing their work. Participants will leave with new skills and a deeper understanding of how to bring their pieces to life with color and surface design.  Bring your glaze questions, a notebook and a piece of bisque to try out your new skills.  Glaze firing of one bisqued item is included in the cost of the class.  

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the first day of a class will receive a 100% refund, or can be exchanged for another class. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the first day of class can only be exchanged for another class. No refunds or exchanges will be made for failing to show up to class without prior notice.

In the event that View were to cancel a class, a full refund for the class will be issued.
