Semi-Sweet on You: Chocolate Making & Glass Etching

Enhance your next gathering or indulge yourself this new year during this two-part workshop that will walk you through the process of making your favorite stuffed chocolates and creating your own etched glassware.

As part of January's Culinary series, learn to make chocolates just in time for Valentine's Day! Go through the process of tempering chocolate, making fillings and putting them all together.  

In the second part of this workshop, students will move to the workshop to design and etch a wine glass or beer mug. Each person will be able to layout out vinyl stencils on their glass in anyway they'd like, then use an etching solution to make their design permanent. 

This class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn some new skills in the new year or anyone who wants to create hand-made gifts for Valentine's Day.
