Spheres: Ceramic Bead Pole Beads Workshop

Explore the art of the perfect sphere in this hands-on ceramic bead pole class. Participants will focus on hand building smooth, balanced clay spheres while learning techniques for consistency, symmetry, and surface refinement. Create up to 3 handcrafted beads that can be stacked into a striking vertical sculpture or “bead pole.” Along the way, you’ll experiment with texture, carving, and glazing to give each bead its own personality while maintaining a cohesive design. Ideal for all skill levels, this class blends foundational skills with creative expression to produce a playful yet polished ceramic piece.

This is the first in a series of 3 classes to create different style beads for your very own garden art.  Take 1, 2 or all 3 classes, the choice is yours.  All materials are included in the cost of the class.  No previous pottery experience necessary.  Create up to 3 beads as time allows.  Children 12 and over are welcome.  

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the first day of a class will receive a 100% refund, or can be exchanged for another class. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the first day of class can only be exchanged for another class. No refunds or exchanges will be made for failing to show up to class without prior notice.

In the event that View were to cancel a class, a full refund for the class will be issued.
