Bio:
Stephen T. Fletcher is a renowned artist known for his captivating depictions of the Adirondack region and its inhabitants. Born in 1967 in Utica, New York, Fletcher's artistic journey began at a young age, influenced by his mother, a hobby artist. He honed his skills through formal training in Commercial Art, Advertising, and Design, as well as fine arts at the Munson Williams Proctor Art Institute.

Fletcher's artwork is characterized by its masterful use of light and shadow, incorporating mood, sense of place, and time. His paintings often feature contrasting shapes, colors, and textures, inviting viewers to develop their own stories. With a focus on the Adirondacks, his art explores themes of nature, humanity, and social commentary.

In addition to his visual art, Fletcher is also a published author and accomplished musician, showcasing his multifaceted creative talent. His work has garnered numerous awards and can be found in public and private collections across the United States and abroad. He currently resides in Forestport, New York, where he continues to create thought-provoking art that resonates with audiences.
