Wednesday Yoga at View

Instructor Susan Christy leads a multi-level, gentle yoga class to soothe and nurture mind, body, and spirit. The practice will include a short seated centering with breath-work, followed by a gentle warm-up sequence. The heart of the practice will include multiple yoga poses (ASANAS) for strength and flexibility. Finally, enjoy cool-down poses and a guided relaxation. It is helpful to have a yoga mat and a blanket if available. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting or stretchy clothing.
View offers 3 sessions a week:
Mondays 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm (Anita Black)
Wednesday 9:00 am - 10:15 am (Susan Christy)
Saturdays 9:00 am - 10:00 am (Anita Black)
Open to all levels
Classes are $12 Members/$14 Non-Members per session and can be purchased ahead online or in person with cash
