Wednesday Yoga at View

Instructor Susan Christy leads a multi-level, gentle yoga class to sooth and nurture mind, body and spirit. The practice will include a short seated centering with breath-work followed by a gentle warm up sequence. The heart of the practice will include multiple yoga poses (ASANAS) for strength and flexibility. Finally, enjoy cool down poses and a guided relaxation. It is helpful to have a yoga mat and a blanket if available. Wear comfortable loose fitting or stretchy clothing.

Mondays 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm (Nanette Shovea)
Wednesday 9:00 am - 10:00 am (May 29 - October 9 Susan Christy)
Saturdays 10:00 am - 11:00 am (Nanette Shovea)
Open to all levels
Classes are $10 per session and can be purchased ahead online or in person with cash.
10 session punch card available for a discounted price of $90.
