Julian Zammiello from Frankie's Taste of Italy will share with you his secrets about cooking Carbonara. He will show you the difference of making it with and without cream and provide a non-gluten option. Under his close direction, students will make their own Carbonara dish and enjoy it at the end of the class. Wine will be served to pair with your dish.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the first day of a class can receive a 100% refund or can be exchanged for another class. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the first day of class will not be refunded. In the event that View were to cancel a class, a full refund for the class will be issued.
