2026 Quilt Breakfast & Lecture

Join us for the 2026 Quilts Unlimited Breakfast & Lecture to continue the celebration of the opening of this annual show.

Begin with coffee and quiche, and a chance to meet and connect with quilters, collectors, and interested guests, followed by a lecture by our Quilts Unlimited Juror of Awards, Pat Harrison. End the morning with a guided Tour of Quilts Unlimited by Claire Oehler.

Start your Quilts weekend off by joining us at our Fall Opening Reception and Awards Ceremony on Friday, October 2, from 4-6 PM. All are welcome to attend, and there will be refreshments!

Lecture: Coloring Your Quilts
This 45-minute PowerPoint lecture takes you on a breathtaking journey through the vibrant colors of the natural world, exploring how nature’s stunning palettes can inspire quilt design. Through striking photography and computer-designed virtual quilts, you’ll see how color concepts, charts, and illusions can be applied to quilting. The presentation features professional photography by fellow NACQJ Certified Judge Kathy Lichtendahl of Wyoming. Following the lecture, enjoy a trunk show of my Award-Winning Quilts", concluding with a Q&A session for further discussion.
