Overview

Join our yoga instructor, Anita Black as she leads you through this special restorative yoga and meditation practice.

Restorative yoga uses props to support the body in resting poses. Resting poses help reduce stress and tension, balance the nervous system, and allow access to rejuvenation and healing. Poses are done on the floor on your mat. Wear comfortable clothes and bring two blankets and two pillows.  Blocks will be provided.  No experience necessary.
