Overview

Instructor Anita Black leads a multi-level, gentle yoga class to soothe and nurture mind, body, and spirit. This class is wonderful for beginner Yoga students as well as advanced students.  The session will include a short seated centering with breath-work, followed by a gentle warm-up sequence.  The heart of the practice will include multiple yoga poses (ASANAS) for strength and flexibility.  Finally, enjoy cool-down poses and a guided relaxation. It is helpful to have a yoga mat and a blanket if available. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting or stretchy clothing.

Open to all levels

Classes are $12 Members/$14 Non-Members per session and can be purchased ahead online or in person with cash

10 session punch card available for a discounted price of $100 Members/$120 Non-Members
